Tougher cleaning power. Better touchless wash results. Competitive pricing.
Transchem Group is introducing AutoLux GrimeCrusher, our strongest presoak pair ever. Built specifically for touchless car washes, these powerful new formulas help operators tackle stubborn road grime, deliver cleaner vehicles and get more cleaning power for their chemical dollar.
Without brushes to help remove dirt, touchless washes depend on chemistry to deliver the clean customers expect. GrimeCrusher was developed to handle the toughest cleaning conditions, from heavy clay and mineral deposits to oily road film that clings to vehicle surfaces.
Two Powerful Presoaks, Built for Tough Cleaning
GrimeCrusher Lo pH Presoak (AL-302) targets clay, mineral deposits and other stubborn inorganic soils. Its advanced acid delivery system helps maintain a low pH throughout cleaning, while dense foam keeps the chemistry in contact with dirty surfaces.
GrimeCrusher Hi pH Presoak (AL-402) breaks down oily road film and organic dirt. Its powerful alkaline formula lifts and disperses grime to help it rinse away, even in hard-water conditions.
Operators can use either formula on its own or pair them in a two-step touchless wash. This gives wash owners more flexibility to tackle the specific dirt, water conditions and cleaning challenges at their sites.
More Cleaning Power Without the Premium Price
GrimeCrusher was developed to give operators our strongest touchless cleaning performance yet while keeping chemical pricing competitive.
Both formulas are made without hydrofluoric acid (HF) or ammonium bifluoride (ABF) and are compatible with water reclaim systems and True-Vue chemical management equipment.
For wash operators, that means powerful cleaning options designed to help deliver better-looking vehicles, meet customer expectations and keep chemical costs in check.
